Aoba Ward Management Policy for FY2022

Each ward bureau headquarters clarifies the basic goals of the organization for one year, measures for achieving the goals, and the direction of organizational management, and formulates it for the purpose of working together as an organization to achieve the goals.

We have established basic goals as an organization that should be shared by all staff members.

We will clarify the pillars of our measures to achieve our basic goals.

We will clarify the direction of organizational management that will be emphasized and shared throughout the organization to achieve the basic goals.

We will post the main businesses and initiatives to be tackled in the current fiscal year as a reference to embody, explain and supplementing basic goals.
