Community Welfare and Health Plan

The Aoba Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan (Aoba Kagayaku Lively Plan) is designed to create a town where people can see each other's faces, support each other, and live with peace of mind. (Care Plaza, etc.) will work together to solve local issues, and to formulate and promote the creation of a familiar support system.
Aoba Ward has formulated and is working together with each district plan formulated by the localNeighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations area.

In order to grasp the implementation status of the first half of the fourth plan period (Reiwa 3rd to 5th year) and to further promote it in the second half, and to use it as a material for consideration for the formulation of the next plan, We looked back on the period and created a leaflet.

The nickname has been decided on "Aoba Kagayaku Lively Plan".
We received a lot of applications. Thank you very much for all of you who applied. Among them, the work was selected by Ree Watanabe, who lives in Ichigaocho. This nickname expresses the idea that "I hope that the inhabitants of the ward will be able to live while shining like lively green leaves."

[Procedures of recruitment and selection]
We raised the second Aoba Ward community-based welfare health plan by general open call for participants to become familiar and friendly for many inhabitants of a ward.
