Special consultation for Aoba Ward Office
Aoba Ward offers free special consultations by lawyers and judicial scriveners.
Although it is a short time, please feel free to apply as it is the first step in solving your worries.

[Reception method]
- Reception desks are available at the counter and telephone. (Weekdays 8:45 to 17:15, window reception is until 17:00)
- Legal consultation will begin accepting reservations at 8:45 on the day two weeks before the consultation date (or the immediately following business day if it is a holiday).
[Notes]
- Reservations can be made only for those who live in the city.
- In order for many people to use it, legal consultation, judicial scrivener consultation, and tax consultation are limited to once per person during the year.
- Reception hours is available until 15:30 for consultation. Please come with as much time as possible.
- If the duties, duties, etc. of each specialized counselor are stipulated by law, consultation will be within that range.
- For telephone consultation, there is no charge of call charges because the ward office calls at the time of the reservation.
- In principle, face-to-face consultation is requested by two people.
- For recordings at the time of consultation, please check with the counselor in charge on the day.
