Lending of Tsuzuki Vegetable Marche Set

At the Tsuzuki Ward   Office, "I'll have it! By posting the “Up Flag” of Tsuzuki Vegetables, you will have! We aim to expand approach of "Tsuzuki vegetables" to the whole area. Therefore, "Tsuzuki Vegetable Marche Set" was newly produced.
We will lend you the desired items to those who can cooperate in posting the flag, so please use it!

"I'll have it! Original vegetable binding tape, printed with "Tsuzuki Vegetables". (Color is green)
You will be given the desired number at the time of lending, so please return the unused portion.

※The diameter of the tape core is about 7.5cm (equivalent to cellophane tape). It may not fit with a sealer for regular vegetable binding tape. Thank you for your understanding.
※This vegetable tie-up tape does not meet the labeling under the Food Labeling Law. Please use it after observing the food labeling rules at your own risk, such as displaying the name and place of origin as necessary.
(Please use it for direct sales, not for shipping to supermarkets and markets, etc.)

"I'll have it! This is an original apron with the letters and illustrations of Tsuzuki Vegetables. (Color is mos green)
Please wash and return the used items.

[Lending limit: up to 3 pairs]
"I'll have it! One-touch tarp (simple tent) with the letters and illustrations of Tsuzuki Vegetables are printed.
When spread, the size is 2m wide and 2m deep.

※When using, be careful not to fall down. Do not use it in case of strong winds.

[Lending limit: Up to 3 units]
This foldable table is easy to carry.
The size when spread is 1.2m wide x 60cm deep x 70cm high.

※The number of goods is limited, so reservations are required. Please be sure to contact us in advance.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your request if the loan wishes overlap.

■Lending and Return Method
Please contact us in advance and bring a personal identification card (driver's license, insurance card, etc.) to the Ward Administration Promotion Division Planning and Adjustment Section window on the 5th floor of the Tsuzuki Ward   Office.
Fill out the loan application form (PDF: 140KB) with required items and lend it.
In addition, we will give you a usage report (PDF: 104KB) at the time of lending, so please submit it together with a photo showing the construction status when returning the Marche set.

!! Precautions!　Thank you for your understanding.
1． As we do not deliver or collect on loan and return, please come to the ward office window.
2． Do not lend, resell, dispose of, or modify it to a third party.
3． If the equipment is damaged or malfunctioned due to loss, intentional or serious negligence, you may be required to compensate for the actual cost.
4． Please use the vegetable cohesion tape after observing the food labeling rules at your own risk.

5． We are not responsible for any accidents or damages arising from the use of Marche Set.
6． When returning, please submit a usage report handed at the time of lending and a photo showing the construction status.
