Information on Tsuzuki Ward   General Government Building Public Wireless LAN (Free Wi-Fi)

・When using this service, in the wireless section from the terminal to the access point, communication contents may be intercepted by malicious persons, so Internet banking etc. that requires input of credit card number and personal information Please do not use it.

Terms of Service
1 General Rules
　Tsuzuki Ward   (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") stipulates the following terms and conditions for the public wireless LAN service (the Service) provided in the Tsuzuki Ward   Government Building. To use this service, please agree to these terms and conditions before using it.

2 Usage Fees
　The fee for this service is free of charge.

3 Terms of Use
　・Use of the Service shall be granted to individuals who have agreed to these Terms.
　・Users must comply with the "Law Concerning the Prohibition of Unauthorized Access" and other relevant laws and regulations when using this service.
　・Users shall prepare the following when using this service.
　（1） Communication equipment equipped with a Wi-Fi function and a web browser that can be connected to this service
　（2） Power supply to communication equipment prepared by the user and its attached equipment
　・The settings and operation of communication equipment, etc. to use this service shall be performed by the user.
　・Necessary measures such as security measures for communication devices connected to this service and restrictions on access to harmful sites shall be taken by the user.
　・Users of this service shall use it with care not to disturb others.

4 Prohibitions
　・Criminal acts, acts that lead to criminal acts, or acts that may be at risk of them.
　・Election campaigns or similar acts, whether during the election period or not.
　・Acts related to religious missionary activities.
　・Other acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations.
　・Other acts deemed inappropriate.

5 Principles of Self-Responsibility
　・The User shall assume all legal liability, such as damages in the event of damage to the provider or third party, the user shall be liable for all legal liability, including damages.
　・Users shall treat this at their own risk and shall not make any claim to the Provider in the event of any damage or assume any legal responsibility.

6 Disclaimer
　・We do not take any responsibility for any damages arising to users regarding the use of this service.
　・No guarantee shall be made regarding the contents of this service and the information obtained by the user through the Service, such as the safety, accuracy, certainty, usefulness, etc.
　・The provider shall not guarantee any operation of any equipment or software used by the user.
　・The provider shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the use of this service by the User.
　・The provider may suspend or change the content of the Service without the user's consent.

7 Changes to the Terms
　・The Provider may modify these Terms without your consent.

Supplementary Provisions These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect as of August 30, 2022.
