FY2024 Tsuzuki Ward   Management Policy

　Based on the basic strategy of the Yokohama Medium-Term Plan, we consider the 30th anniversary of the constituency system as an opportunity to listen carefully to and sympathize with the voices of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, organizations, companies and universities.
　In addition, we aim to create a city where everyone involved in Tsuzuki Ward   can play an active role and realize happiness while collaborating and co-creating by taking advantage of the full potential of urban functions, the natural environment, and the large number of children.

　We will work on continuous child-rearing support from pregnancy and childbirth to school age so that everyone can raise children with peace of mind. In addition, we aim to create a city where people can feel the connection between people and live safely and with peace of mind, and to revitalize local activities such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and improve disaster prevention capabilities. Furthermore, we celebrate the milestone of the 30th anniversary of the constituency system with the inhabitants of the ward, leading to the realization of "a town that wants to live and a town that has continued to live."

　In order to create liveliness by taking advantage of the charm of the town and promote vibrant town development, cooperation with B Corsares, etc., implementation of cultural and sporting events that anyone can easily participate in, shopping district promotion, manufacturing companies and ward We work on cooperation with farmers in the city. In addition, we will continue international exchanges such as the German Christmas Market to promote multicultural understanding and global education.

　Aiming at a town full of flowers and greenery, we will make efforts to contribute to the maintenance and decarbonization of parks and green roads in the city, and work on greening activities in cooperation with various actors. In addition, we will foster the momentum of GREEN x EXPO 2027 (2027 International Horticultural Expo) by expanding opportunities to get acquainted with nearby nature and widely disseminating an attractive and rich environment.

In addition, in response to changes in local needs and the social environment, we will utilize new methods such as digitization of administrative services, foster an organizational culture that challenges business improvement, and foster human resources who can learn together.
