2016 Skill Up Seminar A paper was published in Kanto (sponsored by Kanto Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) (June 2016).
At the 2016 Skill Improvement Seminar Kanto held at the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Saitama Shintoshin Joint Government Building No. 2 on Thursday, June 23, "Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Measures Utilizing Green Matrix" Announced and was awarded as an Excellence Award by the Director of the Kanto Regional Development Bureau.

On February 13, 2016, a meeting to exchange opinions on bicycle and pedestrian safety measures on Tsuzuki Ward Bicycle Pedestrian Roads and Green Roads was held with representatives of related organizations at Centerkita, Nakagawa, and Tsuzuki Fureai no Oka stations.
Based on the opinions received at that time, we have compiled a revised plan for the Tsuzuki Ward Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Business Plan.

We carry out proof experiment in "bicycle, pedestrian safety business that utilized green matrix"! ! (from late October 2015)

Bicycle pedestrian road: Pedestrian priority markings, clarification of traffic divisions, removal of part of planting belts
Green Road: Pedestrian priority markings, clarification of traffic divisions, improvement of entrances and exits of green roads
The sidewalk of the main road: Widening of pedestrian traffic lines by removing some of the planting belts in the sidewalk
