Initiatives by graduates of "Continued Connection College"
Last Updated July 16, 2019
The “Continuing Connection College” solves local issues while combining local resources and needs, what you want to do, and what you can do, together with friends who want to improve the area where you live. It is a course that aims to enrich the area where you live.
In fiscal 2016, a total of eight courses were opened, and in fiscal 2017, local activities by participants were conducted as on-the-job training. In fiscal 2018, we held a total of six courses.
After the course, graduates practice projects devised in the course at various places in the city. Here are some of the projects by graduates.
Nakagawa Connected Photo & Cinema Project
The Nakagawa area has not only commercial and business facilities and houses, but also nature-rich parks and green roads, and connects the area along with bicycle pedestrian roads. Posting photos about Nakagawa, which is full of charm, on SNS, and continuing to rediscover the charm with the local community, the second-year college student is working on it. . The submitted photos can be voted on the website and will be screened as a video work at the movie screening "Nakagawa Connection Cinema" held at the end of August. We aim to be an event to share Nakagawa that has been rediscovered by local residents.

Connected Marche Executive Committee
Connected Marche is a Marche designed to make "continue" a richer and more wonderful town by gathering people who are active in Tsuzuki and those who are about to work, mainly for first-year students of connection colleges. . However, we not only sell things, but also utilize Tsuzuki's resources to aim for a Marche where people from Tsuzuki meet and connect. We have held a Marche in front of the Yokohama City History Museum. Even though products are not sold at retail stores, there are many attractive items in the region, such as designed accessories and eco-friendly miscellaneous goods. We have connected consumers who want to buy these products with creators. It has opened stores in many activists and stores, and has become a lively place for new areas.

Neighborhood Associations Kitayamada Outdoor Film Screening
An outdoor movie screening is a business that the first-year student of the continuing connection college started in the local Kitayamada (Yamada Fuji Park) in 2017. In 2018, on August 25, "Minion escape of the monster glue" was screened, and many parents and children enjoyed the experience of watching movies in the park.
