The 14th Tsuzuki Ward   School Library Volunteer Exchange Meeting

This is an opportunity to interact and exchange information with volunteers working at other schools.
Contents: Stories from City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat, Tsuzuki Library, group exchanges, etc.

• From 9:30 am on the day, we plan to display materials useful for volunteer activities, such as books for reading stories and idea books that will help improve the library environment in the venue. Feel free to pick it up and see.
• If you have any materials that you would like to introduce at each table, such as those that understand the school's efforts or books used for reading aloud, please bring them with you.

You can arrange for each school or individual application. If you wish to apply for more than one person at once, please provide the contact information for all participants.
On the day, there is time for group exchange divided into "story-telling" and "enhancement of school library environment". At the time of application, please select the desired group (reading story = A, environmental improvement = B, either is acceptable = C).

1. Application by fax
   Fill out the “14th Tsuzuki Ward   School Library Volunteer Exchange Meeting” application form (PDF: 104KB) and fill out the Tsuzuki Library Fax: Please send to 045-948-2432.
2. Application by e-mail
   The subject should be "Application for Large Exchange Meeting", fill in the following four items in the text, and send it to ky-libgyoji14@city.yokohama.jp.
