Last Updated March 27, 2024

In the event of a typhoon or a major earthquake, the three conditions of "sealing, dense, and close" are likely to be met in evacuation sites and evacuation centers in the event of a typhoon or major earthquake.
If you live in Tsuzuki Ward  , we would like to ask for your cooperation in efforts to prevent evacuation sites and shelters from becoming overcrowded.

1 Confirmation of the necessity of evacuation in the event of a disaster

In case of typhoon or heavy rain

In case of earthquake

Evacuation shelters are places where people who cannot stay at home due to collapse of houses, etc., live in evacuation for a certain period of time. Even those who are safe at home are evacuated to evacuation shelter, the shelters will become overcrowded, so those who are safe at home will continue living at home.
Please check your preparations for an earthquake, and once again check the evacuation flow in the event of an earthquake.

2 In evacuation

If you can secure your safety at home in the event of a disaster, please try to evacuate at home to prevent the infection of the new coronavirus.
In addition, prepare stockpiles such as food and toilet packs in preparation for home evacuation.
If it is not possible to ensure safety at home, please consider an evacuation destination in advance.
Please consider evacuation not only to the evacuation sites evacuation center established by the Tsuzuki Ward   Office, but also to relatives and friends' homes or private facilities (hotels, etc.).
When evacuating to an evacuation center in evacuation sites, please include masks, disinfectants, thermometers, and other infectious diseases countermeasures such as masks, disinfectants, and thermometers.
The Tsuzuki Ward   Office will also work to secure more space in evacuation sites and take measures to prevent infectious diseases in evacuation sites and shelter. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
