Flow of registration application and selection
| Procedure Flow | Contents |

| （１） Fill out and submit registration documents | Please fill in required items on the registration form (word: 27KB) and bring it to the application below or submit it by mail. |
| （２） Registration procedure | You will need to register at the application site. (The validity period of the appointment request registration is until March 31, 2025.) |
| （３） Interview Contact | Selection will be conducted for those who meet the conditions such as working days to be recruited from registrants. |
| （４） Submission of application form and qualification certificate | Please submit "Application for Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (Resume) (word: 23KB)" and the application qualification "Certificate of Qualification (Copy)". |
| （５） Interview Selection | Interview selection will be conducted for registrants who meet the conditions such as working days. |
| （６） Notification of selection results | After the selection process, all candidates will be notified in writing, regardless of pass or fail. |
| （７） Appointment | If the recruitment is made as a result of the selection, we will perform the appointment procedure as a fiscal year appointment staff. |

Eligibility for application
A person who has a license as a dietitian or a registered dietitian
However, based on the provisions of Article 16 (Disqualification Clause) of the Local Public Service Act, the appointment staff for the fiscal year cannot be appointed in the following cases.
（１） A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until his execution is completed or no longer receives his execution
（２） A person who has been disciplined and dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition
（３） A person who has committed a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Law and has been guilty of crimes prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act and has been guilty
（４） A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Japanese Constitution or the government enacted under it will be destroyed by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan.
Appointment Period
Appointment will be made as necessary during the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
Others
- The personal information described in the submitted documents will not be used for any purpose other than the appointment of the fiscal year appointment staff.
- Please note that the submitted documents will not be returned.
- If the 2024 budget is not voted in the Yokohama City Council, it may not be adopted even if it passes the selection.
