This facility is for those who have been certified as requiring long-term care by The Long-term Care Insurance and who need constant care due to bedridden or dementia and who have difficulty receiving care at home.

There are five nursing homes in Tsurumi Ward. (As of November 1, 2016)

We set up Local Elderly Care Management Center and receive consultation about welfare 24 hours a day.
In addition, we will create a home service plan (care plan) for The Long-term Care Insurance.
