What is Tsurumi Ainet?

In Tsurumi Ward, we are promoting the Tsurumi Ainet (Tsurumi Ward Health and Welfare Plan), an initiative to create a town where everyone can live with peace of mind, with residents of the city, related organizations, institutions and businesses.

About the third term Tsurumi Ainetto

The 3rd Tsurumi Ai Net (Tsurumi Ward Welfare and Health Plan), which covers a five-year period from fiscal 2016 to fiscal 2016, is based on the basic philosophy of "help, support, and network between people."

Initiatives for the 3rd Tsurumi-Ainetto

Let's promote "Tsurumi Ainet" with your participation!
In the Third Phase Plan, we will take a step further to deepen our efforts while focusing on the activities we have accumulated so far. Tsurumi and Ainetto are in production after making it. With your participation, let's work together to promote the basic philosophy of "helping, supporting, and networking between people."

Tsurumi Ainet Promotion Committee

Tsurumi Ward residents, the Tsurumi Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare and the Tsurumi Ward jointly established the program to steadily promote Tsurumi Ainet and community-based welfare and health-related businesses. It is a place to discuss the promotion of the third plan and the development of the fourth plan.

About the 16th Tsurumi-Ainetto Promotion Forum in 2019 [cancelled]

Every year, we hold the Tsurumi Ai Net Promotion Forum as a place to announce and share initiatives for one year's welfare and health activities.
This year, we will present case studies of local activities under the theme of "realization of a community-friendly society starting from here."

With development of the third Tsurumi, Ainetto, we carried out inhabitant of a ward questionnaire to ask about imminent thing such as area and the welfare, health of inhabitants of a ward.

Overview of the Survey

  • Survey target: 2,000 inhabitants aged 20 years or older living in Tsurumi Ward
  • Extraction method: Random sampling, including foreign residents
  • Survey method: Mail distribution and mail collection
  • Survey period: September to October 2014
  • How to answer: Unsigned, selectable type (partial entry type)
  • Result of collection: 992 cases (collection rate: 49.6%, number of questionnaires sent: 2,000)

Major survey results

  • People who have little involvement with their neighbors hope to be involved with some kind of neighborhood.
  • People who have a deeper relationship with neighbors tend to have a higher percentage of participation in local activities.
  • 90% answered that it was necessary to create a face-to-face relationship in the event of a disaster.
  • In order to become a more livable city, we hope to enhance greetings in the neighborhood and watch over elderly households in safety confirmation.
  • Approximately one in four people feels anxious about their own health.
  • People who have less relationships with neighbors tend to be more concerned about their health.
  • Approximately 30% of local activity participants answered that they helped their own health.
