Under the theme of "Tsurumi Love My Hometown-Let's Create Together", this is a inhabitant of a ward festival that is mainly implemented by the community. Programs include stage events (performances, etc.) by local junior high school students, Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, opening mock shops by various organizations and companies, and various hands-on events.
