The Tsurumi Kumin Cultural Festival is an annual autumn event created by residents of the city and familiar with culture.
Anyone involved in Tsurumi Ward (*Please refer to the application guidelines) can participate.
You can present a variety of things such as chorus, musical instrument performance, dance, calligraphy, flower arrangement, handicrafts, etc.
Why don't you join the inhabitant of a ward cultural festival? Please announce the results of your daily activities!
The application form is distributed at the Tsurumi Ward Cultural Association, Tsurumi Ward Office (Regional Promotion Division (5th floor, 1st window), Tsurumi Residents' Activities Center, and ward residents' facilities, and can also be downloaded below.
