Recently, suspicious calls such as "Please go to the ATM with your passbook and cash card" have been made in various parts of the ward, pretending to be insurance premiums and medical expenses refund procedures, telling the staff of the ward office. Please be careful.
The ward office does not make such calls at all.
ATMs can be transferred by the operator or deposit or withdraw money, but please note that the recipient does not need to operate the ATM when the other party transfers money.
If there is a suspicious call
Please call the Tsurumi Ward Office Insurance and Pension Division (510-1810) or Tsurumi police department Life Safety Division anti-crime program Section (504-0110).
