The Totsuka Photo Collection provides some of the image data owned by the Totsuka Ward Office based on the Creative Commons License (CC License).
"Creative Commons" is the name of an activity that seeks to use and distribute works, and is also the name of the organization that is engaged in the activity. In Japan, an NPO called Creative Commons Japan, plays a central role in its activities. 1 How to use it
(1)　The data published in the Totsuka Photo Collection will be released based on the CC license notation.
(2)　As long as the conditions described in the CC license are met, there is no need to obtain the consent of the Totsuka Ward Office. In addition, there is no usage fee.
(3)　By downloading the data, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use.

2 Prohibitions
Regardless of the notation of the CC license, any act that falls under any of the following is prohibited.
(1)　Acts contrary to public order and morals
(2)　Acts that lead to criminal acts or illegal acts
(3)　Acts that interfere with the operation of Yokohama City
(4)　Acts that infringe on human rights, such as property and privacy of third parties, or acts that threaten safety, such as slandering third parties

3 Intellectual Property
The Totsuka Ward Office does not waive any ownership or other property rights.

4 Disclaimer
(1)　Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the data, it may not be complete, so please use it at your own risk.
