Town development business with beautiful flowers (Totsukahana Saka Club)
Since 2018, Totsuka Ward has been conducting its own business called the “Totsuka Flower Town Development Project”. This is a business that expands "creating a beautiful town with flowers" from around stations, roads, rivers, and parks, and creates a climate and local bond that values the local living environment.
