"Hanasaka Deck" near the entrance on the 2nd floor of West Exit, JR Totsuka Station, where the members of the "Social Welfare Corporation Open Association / Co-operation Building" (located at 1-11-2 Nakata Nishi, Izumi-ku) (outside site) are active, planter flowers have been replanted into Lananculus, Primula Polyanta, and Osteospermum.
