Overview of Subsidies
Conditions of Eligible Organizations
The base of the activity is in the ward, the number of members of the group is 5 or more, and more than half of them are living, working, or attending school in the ward, and being an organization aiming to carry out voluntary activities, etc.
Target business details
・Among activities with high public interest that contribute to the promotion of the Tokachi Heart Plan, or projects that cooperate with the spread and enlightenment of the Tokachi Heart Plan

Business up to the third year after the start
Allied Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association District: The Japan National Council of Social Welfare covers all areas of Totsuka Ward (excluding projects where it is deemed effective to operate in smaller areas).

・When starting a local cafeteria or cafe where everyone can gather, the cost of purchasing ingredients and cooking utensils that are unknown.
・CD players when starting gymnastics activities in the park, purchase costs for emergency sets, etc.

Non-targeted businesses
The main target is not inhabitants of a ward, the main implementation place is not within the ward, not completed during the relevant fiscal year, can be implemented without receiving subsidies, only for specific individuals and groups, etc. Received financial assistance such as subsidies and subsidies from local governments and their affiliated organizations (Japan National Council of Social Welfare, etc.).

Rewards to external lecturers, venue usage fees, consumables expenses required for project implementation, etc.

・Up to 100,000 yen per group, within four-fifths of subsidized expenses
However, for the first year of the start of business to apply for a start-up course, within 1/1.
Examination method
After accepting the application documents, we will make a grant decision after going through the Totsuka Heart Plan Subsidy Study Group in the ward office.
