As for the summary version, in addition to the Japanese version, a foreign language version, a speech translation version, and a Braille translation version are created.

Totsuka Ward has been developing the fourth Totsuka Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan with a five-year period from FY2021 to FY2025.
As we summarized the fourth Totsuka Ward community-based welfare health plan (draft), we raise opinions, impression of inhabitants of a ward.

1. Contents of opinion solicitation
   We raise opinions, impression to the fourth Totsuka Ward community-based welfare health plan (draft).
   Opinions received will be used as a reference for future plan development and business examination related to community-based welfare health.
   (We will report the opinions compiled to the Community Welfare and Health Plan Development and Promotion Committee and publish them on the Totsuka Ward website.)

   From Wednesday, November 25, 2020 to Friday, January 8, 2021

   • A summary of the opinions received and Totsuka Ward's approach to them will be published on the Totsuka Ward website. Please note that we will not respond individually.
   • Please note that opinions received may be disclosed. Personal information such as name and address will not be disclosed.
   • We will properly manage personal information such as names and Address attached to opinions, etc., and use it only for duties related to recruitment of inhabitants of a ward opinion for this proposal.
   • About other personal information, we handle appropriately in accordance with the regulations about protection of Yokohama-shi personal information.
