About "agreement about cooperation of facility provision at the time of disaster"

On April 27, 2023, the Totsuka Ward Office concluded an agreement with Chugai Life Science Park Yokohama, a new research base for Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
According to this agreement, when a disaster such as a large-scale earthquake disaster occurs, a part of the facility will be opened and used as a supplementary evacuation center.
