■If you are injured or sick during an earthquake, a medical institution (hospital / clinics) will provide emergency medical care according to the severity of the symptoms. In case of emergency, check the local hospitals and clinics on a regular basis.
■In the event of a disaster, carry a "medicine notebook" to understand everyday medicine.
