Last Updated March 13, 2024
The Izumi River originates in the vicinity of Seya Citizen's Forest on the border with Asahi Ward, along the Seya Ward Izumi Ward and joins the Sakaigawa River in Totsuka Ward. There are six waterfronts in Seya Ward, approximately 2.8 km from Futatsu Bridge to Miyazawa, and the most attractive feature is that these long sections are connected by water and greenery.
