We provide consultation on requests, complaints, and questions regarding the work of the national and special corporations.
Regular consultation (advance reservation system, reservation until the opening day before the consultation day)
Date and time of implementation
2nd Thursday of every month 13-16:00
＊30 minutes a time, 6 frames a day
＊Excludes public holidays, holidays, and New Year's holidays.
Reservation start date
Please make a reservation by the following telephone or directly at the counter (36th floor of the ward office on the 3rd floor) by the opening day before the consultation day. First-come, first-served basis.
Special consultation (reservation required, please come directly to the venue on the day. First-come, first-served basis
