About Seya Station North Exit Station Square Utilization Promotion Council

Persons involved in the Seya Station North Exit Station Square (neighboring businesses, residents, etc.) gather to share information on events and businesses held in the station square, and exchange opinions on issues in the station square.

Seya Station North Exit Station Square (hereinafter referred to as "open space") is a space of about 2,200m2 that is positioned as a public road maintained by land readjustment in 2000.
In this open space, with the aim of celebrating the 40th anniversary of the opening of the port in 2009 with the inhabitants of the ward, the experimental project "Outdoor Gallery full of flowers" will be held from 2006 to 2009. We will continue to consider implementing such projects in the future.
On the other hand, there are various issues such as abandoned bicycles, and there is no place where related parties can share information such as existing events and businesses in the open space.
Therefore, by establishing the Seya Station North Exit Station Plaza Utilization Promotion Council, we will establish a place where stakeholders such as businesses, residents and managers who are close to the open space gather, share various information, business and issues, While listening to opinions about proper use and utilization measures of station square, we would like to work on the making of safe and comfortable open space with everyone.
※The Council is scheduled to be held several times a year.
