We deepen interchange, solidarity among inhabitants of a ward and develop various activities in the community to create a safe and comfortable town.
We support and support the activities of the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and District Federations.

(1)　As of April 1, 2018, 154 Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations were organized in Seya Ward, with about 80% of households.
I have joined as a member.
(2)　Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations gathers for each region to form 12 federations.
(3)　The district federation, anti-crime program, disaster prevention and environmental improvement activities at the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.
We are engaged in beautification promotion activities.
