Utilizing leisure sheets, we have newly established an area where you can enjoy the vast Harappa! Use as a place to eat, drink and resting place while keeping a distance for each group.

[Notes on Leisure Seat Area]
・In order to prevent infectious diseases, please keep the distance between groups as much as possible in the leisure sheet area, and thoroughly eat and drink masks when eating.
・Since the space is limited, please give each other and refrain from using it for a long time.
・Please use the leisure sheet of 2m x 2m per set as a guide. Also, please refrain from using tents, tarps, firearms, etc.
・Please refrain from taking up space. Depending on the congestion situation and installation status, the operating staff may ask you to move.

Access

Please consider the surrounding road conditions and the environment, and cooperate with visitors using public transportation and free shuttle bus if possible.

Those who will come by free shuttle bus

On the day, a free shuttle bus runs between the Sotetsu Line Seya Station North Exit Bus Stop Bus Stop and the venue. (9:30 to 15:30) (approximately 10 to 15 minutes)

Those who come by public transport

It is about a 25-minute walk from the north exit of Seya Station on the Sotetsu Line.
Alternatively, it is about a 13-minute walk from Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu Nakayashiki.

Those who come by bicycle or motorcycle

There is a bicycle parking lots in the venue. (free of charge)
If you are using bicycles, please park in either bicycle parking lots on the north or south sides of the venue.
If you are using a motorcycle, please park in bicycle parking lots on the north side of the venue.

Those who come by car

Please park in the general parking lot at the venue.
The parking fee is 1,000 yen per time.
The tollgate for the general parking lot will be open from 8:30 am
Please come after 8:30 am as it may cause traffic congestion.

Measures against COVID-19 infection

・We operate based on measures against new coronavirus infection in the country and Kanagawa Prefecture.
・The entrance of the venue will be limited to 4 locations. Please cooperate with temperature measurement and disinfection at the time of admission.
・Please cooperate with wearing masks and eating and drinking masks in the venue.
・In principle, please eat and drink at the venue in the leisure seat area. (excluding hydration)
・We ask that you keep the distance between people as much as possible in the venue. (Please pay attention to the interval between groups within the leisure seat area.)
・The number of people in the venue is counted. Please note that admission may be restricted if the venue is crowded.
・Please note that the contents are subject to change or cancellation depending on the infection status.

Other precautions

・On the day of the event, the ward office staff will take a picture of the venue. Photos taken may be posted on the ward homepage, public relations materials, SNS (Twitter, Instagram, line), etc.
・The contents of the event are subject to change or cancellation.
・Please refrain from coming to the venue with pets.
・Smoking is required at the smoking area in the venue.
