Seya Festival 2022
It will be held as the largest event in Seya Ward in order to deepen the sense of solidarity among the residents and raise their hometown awareness.

Today's Seya Festival will be held as scheduled.

From 10:00 to 15:00 on Sunday, October 16, 2022 (open: 9:30) ※Absolute weather cancellation (no postponement)

Harappa (7178 Seya-cho, Seya-ku, Seya-ku) of the former Kamiseya Communication Facility

It is a fun stage event in cooperation with the Yokohama Sound Festival, such as dance, brass band, and drum performances by groups active in the city!

Leisure seat area

Utilizing leisure seats, we have newly established an area where you can enjoy the vast Harappa! Please use it as a place to eat and drink while keeping a distance from each group.
[Notes on Leisure Sheet Area]
・In order to prevent infectious diseases, please keep a distance from each group in the leisure seat area as much as possible, and thoroughly eat and drink masks when eating.
・The space is limited, so please give each other and refrain from using it for a long time.
・Please use the leisure sheet of 2m x 2m per set as a guide. In addition, please refrain from using tents, tarps, firearms, etc.
・Please refrain from taking a place. Depending on the congestion situation and installation situation, the operation staff may ask you to move.
Access
Consider the surrounding road conditions and the environment, please cooperate with visitors using public transportation and free shuttle buses if possible.
Those who come by free shuttle bus
On the day, a free shuttle bus runs between the Sotetsu Line Seya Station North Exit Bus Stop and the venue. (9:30 to 15:30) (every 10 to 15 minutes)
Those who come by public transport
It is about a 25-minute walk from the north exit of Seya Station on the Sotetsu Line.
Alternatively, it is about a 13-minute walk from Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu Nakayashiki.
Those who come by bicycle or motorcycle
There is a bicycle parking lots in the venue. (free of charge)
If you are using a bicycle, please park in bicycle parking lots, either north or south of the venue.
If you are using a motorcycle, please park in bicycle parking lots on the north side of the venue.
Those who come by car
Please park in the general parking lot of the venue.
The parking fee is 1,000 yen each time.
The toll booth for general parking lots will be opened from 8:30 am
Please come after 8:30 am as it may cause traffic jams.
Measures against COVID-19 infections
・It will be operated based on measures against COVID-19 infections in the country and Kanagawa Prefecture.
・The entrance of the venue will be limited to 4 locations. Please cooperate with the temperature measurement and disinfection at the time of admission.
・Please cooperate with wearing masks and eating and drinking masks at the venue.
・In principle, please eat and drink in the venue in the leisure seat area. (Excluding hydration)
・We ask that you keep the distance between people as much as possible in the venue. (Please pay attention to the interval between groups within the leisure seat area.)
・The number of people is counted in the venue. Please note that admission may be restricted if the venue is crowded.
・Please note that the content may be changed or canceled depending on the infection situation.
Other notes
・On the day of the event, the staff of the ward office will take a picture of the venue. Photos taken may be posted on the ward homepage, public relations materials, SNS (Twitter, Instagram, Line), etc.
・The contents of the event are subject to change or cancellation.
・Please refrain from coming with pets.
・Please smoke at the smoking area in the venue.
