Check ups for Infants and Toddlers

• Infant health checkups are an opportunity to check the growth of your child at the milestone of growth and development and to support child care, and it is important to have them take them at a better time.
• Notifications will be sent individually on the day of the infant health checkup. If you are unable to receive it on the designated date, please consult after the designated date. In addition, news of medical examination may be sent again to person who has not been consulted.
• There are volunteers of "childcare collaborators" at the venue. If you are pregnant and need help with your siblings, we will help you when you need it, so please feel free to contact us.

• On the day, please fill in the required items on the Maternal and Child Health Handbook and the mailed questionnaire.
• Please refrain from eating and drinking. (You can drink tea and water.)
• Please refrain from taking photos and videos.
• The weight measurement is performed with diapers or pants that are not peemed. If you are likely to get wet, please change it.
• Be sure to bring your used diapers to prevent infectious diseases.
• When measuring height and head circumference (*), you may need to remove your hair dumplings, knitting, and hair stays so that you can measure accurately. ※The head circumference of a 3-year-old child is not subject to measurement.
• Since the medical examination site is narrow and dangerous, place the stroller should be placed in the stroller storage area installed at the entrance of the medical examination site. (If you would like to use a stroller due to circumstances, please contact the staff.) ※If you are traveling with a small child, it is convenient to have a baby strap.
• It takes about 2 hours from the reception to the end of the medical examination. Please come with plenty of time.
• Families other than parents (grandparents, siblings, etc.) can wait on the medical examination floor (waiting space), but each consultation room has limited seats, so each child targeted for medical examination Please enter the room with one guardian in principle.
• If your child (including the guardian of the accompanying guardian) is not in good physical condition, such as fever, acute rash, diarrhea, vomiting symptoms, etc., do not overdo it and come to the next medical examination day. Many children will be consulted on the day, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in preventing infection.
