In Seya Ward, approximately 150 youth instructors are active in various activities to meet local needs, such as recreational events where children can enjoy and grow, patrols and greetings to create a safe and secure environment. In addition, the following activities are also carried out throughout the ward.

Youth instructors lead the children, jump out of Seya and explore!
Play energetically in nature and have fun recreation.

The Seya Karuta Tournament, which has become a feature of the New Year, using the "Seya History Karuta" filled with the history and culture of Seya.
This tournament, which is held in January every year, is run by youth instructors.

In order to lead to better activities, we conduct training planned by youth instructors themselves.
You will learn the skills you need as a youth instructor, such as learning how to use it for communication with children and learning how to use AED in case of emergency.

Every March, we publish a public relations paper, "Seya Aosashi Newsletter," which summarizes the activities of youth instructors.
It is circulated in Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations and distributed at ward offices.

Youth instructors are promoters who create a better environment throughout the region so that young people can grow richly.
The term of office is two years, commissioned by the mayor and prefectural governor based on recommendations from Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.
