In Seya Ward, about 150 youth instructors are active in a variety of activities to meet local needs, including recreation events where children can enjoy and grow, patrols and greetings to create a safe and secure environment. In addition, the following activities are also carried out in the entire ward.

Youth instructors will lead the children, jump out of Seya and explore!
We play energetically in nature and have fun recreation.

The Seya Karuta Tournament has become a feature of the New Year, using "Seya History Karuta", which is packed with the history and culture of Seya.
This tournament, which is held in January every year, is managed by youth instructors.

In order to lead to better activities, we conduct training planned by youth instructors themselves.
You will learn the necessary skills as a youth instructor, such as learning how to play that can be used for communication with children and learning how to use AED in case of emergency.

Every March, we publish a public relations paper, "Seya Seiji Newsletter," which summarizes the activities of youth instructors.
In addition to circulation in Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, it is also distributed at ward offices.
