If you cancel in a hurry on the day, you do not need to contact us.

There is a charge for parking. Please use public transportation.
On the day of the event, please fill in the form below.
If your child does not like it, you may not forcefully apply fluorine. Thank you for your understanding.
You will not be able to gargle or eat and drink for 30 minutes after applying fluorine. Thank you for your understanding.
If your child or family has symptoms such as fever, acute rash, diarrhea, or vomiting, please refrain from participating on the day.
