Atomic Bomb Survivors

There are various types of support systems for those who have been damaged by the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August 1945. We are accepting the following applications.
（１） Issuance of A-bomb survivor's health handbook, application for change of address and name, various benefits (outside site) (Kanagawa Prefectural Welfare Children's Mirai Bureau Life Support Division)
（２） medical expenses to A-bomb survivors (City of Yokohama, Health and Social Welfare Bureau Health Promotion Division);
