Sakaemura Exchange Tour was held to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Sakae Ward system.

From Sunday, November 13, 2016, a tour was held to visit and exchange Sakaemura, Nagano Prefecture, which has concluded a friendship exchange agreement to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Sakae Ward system. With the participation of many people, mainly from the Sakae Ward Union Neighborhood Associations, the event was successfully held.

(１) Travel on a chartered Ozashiki train and exchanges inside the car (Hongodai Station-Echigo-Yuzawa Station)
○Using the Joyful Train "Hana" (6-car train), participants interacted with each other through toasts, talks, karaoke, etc.

(２) Exchange Events in Sakaemura
○The children of Sakaemura performed a welcome "Sakae Hometown Taiko" at the Katakuri Hall of the Sakaemura Office, and Mr. Morikawa of Sakaemura also gave a greeting.

(３) Visit to the "Kizuna" and the roadside station "Shinetsu Sakae" Shinetsu Sakae
○On March 12, 2011, we visited the "Kizuna" established in front of Morimiyanohara Station on the JR Iiyama Line to pray for the recovery of the damage caused by the Northern Nagano Earthquake (magnitude 6.7 seismic intensity 6 or more).

○A guide from the Naeba Sanroku Geopark Council rushed from Tsunan Town, Niigata Prefecture next to Sakaemura, and with the guidance of the guide, we enjoyed the nature of Akiyamago in late autumn.
