Distribution of "Public Relations Yokohama"

The Sakae Ward and Yokohama editions are published on the first day of each month.
In Yokohama-shi version (in principle, pages 1-4, 13-16), we publish information common to 18 wards.
Information posted in the Sakae Ward version (pages 5 to 12 in principle) is mainly posted after the 11th of the month of issue.

"Public information Yokohama" is distributed to each household in the following ways, along with the "Prefectural Newsletter (outside site)" issued by Kanagawa Prefecture (issued on the 1st of every month) and the "Yokohama Assembly Newsletter" issued by Yokohama City Council (issued in May, September, November and February).

We distribute it to each household by the 10th of every month through Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.
By the end of the month prior to the month of publication, the PR papers have been sent to public relations distributors in Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.
If you do not receive it by the 10th, please contact a spokesperson at Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.

If you do not have Neighborhood Association or Neighborhood Associations in your area, you can register as a "public relations distribution organization" by creating a group of about 20 households and determining their representatives.
The public relations paper is sent to the representatives and distribution staff of the public relations distribution organization by the last day of the month before the issuance month, and is distributed to each household by the 10th of every month.
If you do not receive it by the 10th, ask the representative / distribution representative of the public relations distribution organization.

If there is no Neighborhood Association or Neighborhood Associations in your area and it is not possible to form a public relations distribution organization, we distribute it to each household individually.

In addition to the Sakae Ward Office, the Yokohama PR Box is located in public spaces, such as residents' facilities, railway stations, and post offices in Sakae Ward.
