Distribution of "public information Yokohama"

"Public information Yokohama" is issued on the 1st of every month in a form that combines the Sakae Ward version and the Yokohama City version.
The Yokohama City version (principle 1-4, 13-16 pages) contains information common to 18 wards.
Information published in the Sakae Ward version (pages 5 to 12 in principle) is based on the 11th of the month of publication.

"Public information Yokohama" is "News from the prefecture (outside site)" issued by Kanagawa Prefecture (issued on the 1st of every month) and the "Yokohama Assembly Newsletter" issued by Yokohama City Council (May / September / November / February Issue) and distributed to each family in the following way.

It is distributed to families by the 10th of each month through the Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.
Public relations papers are delivered to each Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations by the end of the month before the publication month.
If you do not receive it by the 10th, please contact the Public Relations Section of Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.

If you do not have a Neighborhood Association or Neighborhood Associations in your area, you can register as a "public relations distribution organization" by forming a group of about 20 households and deciding their representatives.
The public relations paper is sent to the representatives and distribution staff of the public relations distribution organization by the last day of the month before the issuance month, and is distributed to each family so that it reaches each family by the 10th of every month.
If you do not receive it by the 10th, ask the representative or distribution representative of the public relations distribution organization.

If you do not have a Neighborhood Association or Neighborhood Associations in your area, or you cannot form a public relations distribution organization, we distribute it to each household individually.

In addition to the Sakae Ward Office, the Yokohama City Public Relations Box, which is installed in public spaces that are often used by citizens, such as ward residents' facilities, railway stations and post offices in Sakae Ward.
