Meister System

Originally, in a vocational training system in Germany and other countries, it refers to a system in which those who pass a public test and have the right to educate apprentices (so-called masters, masters, masters, masters, masters).
The Sakae Ward Plan envisions the Sakae Ward Meister by identifying human resources with outstanding expertise and skills in various activities to revitalize the local community.
