Lunch break mini ★Recruitment of Concert Performers

The Sakae Ward Office holds hand-made mini-concerts with musicians and music groups working mainly in Sakae Ward during lunchtime (12:20 to 12:50) on the second Thursday ofSakae WardSakae Ward.

①　From 12:20 on Thursday, September 12, 2024 to 12:50
②　From 12:20 to 12:50 on Thursday, October 10, 2024

Entrance hall on the first floor of the new Sakae Ward Office

Groups including individuals living in Sakae Ward or those living in Sakae Ward
A total of 2 groups (1 group per month)

Musical instrument performance, chorus, etc.
※Dance is not allowed.

Up to 10 people

• 1 upright piano
• 1 music stand
• Microphones (up to 3)
• 1 microphone stand (straight)
• Desks, chairs, extension cords, etc.

• There will be no rewards or transportation expenses.
• Please refrain from high volume performance due to problems with your work.

1. Appearance application form
2. One photo of the performers (in principle, all members are shown)
3. Performance sound source or video data (or URL if it is uploaded to a CD, DVD or video site)
