②Mail the following required documents to the ward office (303-19, Katsuracho) and bring it (26th window on the 2nd floor)
　1 Application Form
　2. Those whose achievements of the award and participation can be confirmed (such as pamphlets and certificates)
　3 (optional) Photographs showing the daily activities and practice　
　　　(* Photos will be used only for awards ceremonies and awards projects. It cannot be returned.)

・The award ceremony will be held at the Sakae Ward People's Festival on Saturday, November 4th.
・Eligible recipients are eligible for public relations. Name, school name, achievements, photos, etc. may be posted on "Public Relations Yokohama", Sakae Ward website, Twitter, inhabitant of a ward festival brochure, and newspapers of each company. At the time of application, we will confirm whether or not it will be posted in the public relations.
