I created a video of "Sakae Ward Fall Prevention Exercise".
Sakae Ward is working to prevent falls.
Accidents in elderly people aged 65 and over account for more than 70% of falls and falls, and it is said that if muscle strength decreases, the risk of falls more than four times.
It is important to build a body that is hard to fall and hard to break even if it falls.
In fiscal 2016, Sakae Ward created “Sakae Ward Fall Prevention Exercise” and held training sessions for local salons and other representatives to encourage them to spread gymnastics.
We created a video in fiscal 2020 so that more people can engage in “Sakae Ward Fall Prevention Exercise”.
This exercise is created so that those who do not have exercise habits or those who are not confident in their physical strength can do it.
