What is the SOS Network Business for Elderly People with Dementia Sakae Ward

It is a mechanism to detect elderly people who may be missing due to dementia or other people who need other assistance at an early stage so that they can safely return home to their families.
The SOS network is constructed in cooperation with the Sakae Ward Office, the Sakae Ward Regional Comprehensive Support Center (Care Plaza) and the police, including public transportation, fire departments, and post offices.

You can apply for registration from the Yokohama City Electronic Application System.
Please register in advance from the link below.
※You will need a photo of your face and a full-body photo to register. If you apply after taking a photo with your smartphone, you can apply smoothly.

Changes and abolition of contents after registration

If you want to abolish the registration (moving out of Sakae Ward, entering a facility, etc.)

Watching seal business

For those who have pre-registered with the SOS network ※We distribute "watching stickers" that can identify identity while protecting personal information.
We distribute two types of sticker type (36 sheets) and iron sheet type (34 sheets) as a set so that it can be used on clothes and belongings.
※You must agree to the provision of registration information to Kanagawa Prefecture and Kanagawa Prefectural Police.
