Sakae Ward Event for Persons with Disabilities Week - Parafesta @ Sakae 2024-

In conjunction with the Week of Disabled Persons (external site) from December 3 to 9, Sakae Ward will hold Parafesta @ Sakae.
Regardless of disability, we will hold an event in the city where everyone can participate and experience together.
