We launch safe living space creation meeting of housing complex, Kodacho, Sakae-ku!

In response to the lonely deaths that occur in apartment and other places, Sakae Ward launched the “Kutecho housing complex” (*1) in collaboration with Neighborhood Association, Community Care Plaza, and ward offices in housing complex Kudencho as a model district.

As part of this initiative, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare will carry out the "Project for Creating Safe Living Spaces (*2)" promoted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (METI). Through this, we aim to secure the security of the elderly and to form a community through multi-generational exchanges, such as strengthening the function of watching over the elderly and promoting exchanges with local residents.

It is the first in the prefecture to set up a council for creating a safe living space!

"Everyone Kudencho housing complex" is also a model district for fiscal 20 years of the Health and Social Welfare Bureau's "Support for Community Watching Networks" and the Citizen's Vitality Promotion Bureau, Urban Development Bureau and Urban Management Bureau "experimental project."

It was launched to strengthen watching activities for the elderly in Kudencho housing complex.In addition to watching activities, `` Aozora City '' every Tuesday and a `` consultation business '' by a private social worker on fire and Saturday I am. We are currently considering using existing facilities in housing complex to set up a gathering place for local residents to drop in.
