About distribution of Sakae Ward emergency medical information kits-let's prepare for emergencies

The Emergency Medical Information Kit is distributed free of charge to elderly and disabled people living in Sakae Ward to fill out and store medical information and emergency contact number in case of emergency such as illness or disaster. It is distributed at the Sakae Ward Office and the Community Care Plaza.

Households who live in the ward and fall under the following. (one per household)

• Elderly (aged 65 and over)
• Households with persons with disabilities (persons with a certificate of the physically handicapped, a notebook of love, and a health and welfare notebook for the mentally handicapped)

※1 Hand it to households who have difficulty communicating information in an emergency, such as foreigners and people with dementia, who need a kit.

※2 Even those who do not fall under the above distribution target can download, write, and keep the information sheet.
