Everyone who has a dog in Sakae Ward,
Do you not participate in enlightenment of manner improvement to other owners and local watching activity with dog?
The lead bone is a reflector, so you can rest assured even in dark times!
Let's aim at creating a beautiful city and a safe and secure city while having a fun walk with your dog! !

• Please put the lead bone (free) you will give and take a walk on the usual course.
• You don't have to go through a special walk course or get close to dangerous places.
• If you see an owner walking without a poop bag during a patrol (walk), hand out enlightenment items and enlighten manners!
• If you witness a crime or find a suspicious person or vehicle, do not hesitate to call 110.

1. You must have registered your dog in Sakae Ward and have been vaccinated annually by rabies vaccination.
2. Be sure to attach a lead and take a walk that follows manners such as taking home a dung.
3. Being a group of 2 or more households (walking can be done separately)
4. Being able to cooperate with the questionnaire survey requested by the ward office

Please fill in the required items on the application form (also distributed at the counter) and apply to the Health and Safety Section.
