Tobe Koen, which is close to Nishi Ward Office and Nisimae Elementary School, is always a lively park with lots of people.
It is divided into two areas: a plaza with playground equipment and a multipurpose open space. There is an "Waku Waku Pond" in the planting behind the horizontal bar in the open space with playground equipment. "Waku Waku Pond" is a "biotope" created so that waterside creatures can live. Here you can observe how the creatures of the waterside creatures live.
