Located very close to Nishi Ward Office and Nisimae Elementary School, Tobe Koen is a lively park with a lot of people.
It is divided into two areas, a plaza with playground equipment and a multipurpose plaza, across the road. There is an "Waku Waku Pond" in the planting behind the horizontal bar in the open space with playground equipment. "Waku Waku Pond" is a "biotope" created so that creatures on the waterside can live. Here you can observe the living of the waterside creatures.
