A park with a large zelkova in the center at the entrance of a slope that rises from the Asama Shimo Intersection toward Kitakaruizawa. There are flower beds along the entrance and along the road, which will delight users. We redeveloped in 2008 and were reborn as park with good visibility in consideration of barrier-free.
