A park with a large zelkova in the center at the entrance of the slope that rises from the Asama lower intersection toward Kitakaruizawa. There are flower beds along the entrance and along the road, which delights users' eyes. It was redeveloped in 2008 and reborn as a park with good visibility in consideration of barrier-free.
