This park is located on the roof of the Hiranuma pumping station right next to Numano Bridge, and the Hiranuma Meeting House is located next to it. If you climb the stairs or elevator, you will find the Hiranuma Meeting House building, and there is a park behind it. With a large gas tank, this rooftop park is a very mysterious space that is isolated from the surroundings.
