This park is located on the roof of the Hiranuma Pumping Station right next to Numano Bridge, and next to it is the Hiranuma Meeting House. If you climb the stairs or elevator, you will find the Hiranuma Meeting House building, and there is a park behind it. This rooftop park, which overlooks a large gas tank, is a very mysterious space isolated from the surroundings.
