In Yokohama City, among the roads that everyone is used every day, about roads that require maintenance such as pavement on roads other than public roads, the city will pay 10% of the construction cost when local people maintain pavement construction etc. The "Private Road Maintenance Subsidy Program", which subsidizes 9/9, and the maintenance of roads that are still taking time while you have the hope of making private roads a public road, the city will pay the full cost on behalf of the “private road.
