Therefore, if there is an abnormality in the "drainage system", that is, the sewage overflows, it is necessary to contact the drainage system contractor directly by yourself and try to resolve the problem. (We cannot respond in Yokohama City)

In addition, if the sewage overflows at the end of the private land for draining to the public sewer ("connect" in the figure below), clogging may occur in the public sewer managed by Yokohama City. Please contact Public Works Office.

In addition, Nishi Ward has a lot of combined sewer areas, making it easier to generate odors from manholes on roads and culverts. If you have a strong odor, please contact Public Works Office to check the status of public sewer pipes.
