About self-financing construction of West Public Works Office Road

When we change structure of road, approval of Public Works Office (road manager) is necessary as road self-financing construction (Article 24 of the Road Law). For details, please contact Public Works Office for details.

• Decrease of sidewalks, L-shaped and curbs for vehicles
• Relocation or removal of car stoppers and tree-planting basins
• Relocation of curved mirrors, street trees, etc. (Telephone poles are licensed by Tokyo Electric Power Company)
• Repair and restoration of damaged pavement
• Road maintenance associated with development and residential land development
• In addition, when playing with road structures

• Application for approval of road construction, etc.(2 copies, the second copy is an approval letter.)

• Guide map (specify the location in a copy of the house map, etc.)
• Floor plan (construction site and enforcement details are shown in a way that shows the entire site)
• Vertical cross section (sample of structural drawing)
• Photographs of current status
• A copy of the road ledger or a copy of the boundary survey map (available in Public Works Office)
• Copy of official map and construction estimate (it is not required because it is only for reference)
