At the counter, we will ask you about the situation where you are having trouble with your life and guide you through available systems and welfare services.
Utilizing other laws and systems, those who can work will work according to their abilities, and if it is still difficult to live even with the help of dependents, we will provide protection under the Public Assistance Act.

After receiving the application, the staff in charge will visit your home for investigation. In addition, we will conduct visits to hospitals and other related organizations as necessary. We will investigate other financial institutions and insurance companies and notify you of the protection decision within approximately two weeks.

After the social security is launched, we regularly visit homes to support the independence and livelihood of households and provide advice and assistance as needed. If you are in need of living and wish to provide support for financial independence, a member of the independence life support will ask you to talk. We will create individual support plans and provide continuous support while consulting on issues and solving them.
