At the counter, we will ask you about the situation that you are having trouble with your life and guide you through available systems and welfare services.
Utilizing other laws and systems, those who can work will work according to their abilities, and if it is still difficult to live even after receiving the possible assistance from dependents, we will provide protection under the Livelihood Protection Law.

After receiving the application, the person in charge will visit your home for investigation. In addition, we will visit hospitals and other related organizations as necessary. Investigate other financial institutions and insurance companies, etc., and notify you of the decision on protection within approximately two weeks.

After the start of the social security, they regularly visit homes to support household independence and livelihoods, and provide advice and assistance as needed. If you are in need of living and wish to provide support for financial independence, a member of the independent living support will ask you to talk. We will create an individual support plan while consulting on how to organize and solve issues, and provide continuous support.
